The overall aim of the DES performance framework is to improve the quantity and quality of employment outcomes for people with a disability. The DES 2018 Performance Framework has been developed in consultation with the disability employment sector. This document outlines the key features of the DES 2018 Performance Framework and DES Star Ratings model that will apply from 1st of July 2018.
