Helpdesk opening hours: The Early Intervention helpdesk is located in Perth and is open during these times:

  • AWST (Perth) time – Monday to Friday : 09:00 am to 12:30 pm and 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm.
  • Australian Eastern Standard Time – Monday to Friday: 11:00 am to 2:30 pm and 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm.
  • Australian Eastern Daylight Saving Time (from first Sunday in October till the first Sunday in April) - Monday to Friday: 12:00 pm to 3:30 pm and 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm.

TTY users: Call 1800 555 677 then ask for the 1800 toll-free number you wish to call.

Speak and Listen (speech-to-speech relay) users: Call 1800 555 727 then ask for the 1800 toll-free number you wish to call.

Internet relay users: Visit the National Relay Service website and enter the 1800 toll-free number you wish to call.

For other languages, call the Translating and Interpreting Service on 13 14 50 and ask them to contact the Helpline for you.
