Communications
The Department undertook a variety of communication and engagement activities to inform eligible individuals of the BSWAT Payment Scheme, including media releases, social media posts, newsletters, mailing of letters and factsheets, along with publication materials available here on the Department’s website and links to informational videos on youtube. In addition, the Department was in contact with numerous organisations, such as ADEs, Disability Peaks, and Primary Health Networks whom had communicated through their networks. The department held various information sessions at ADE sites across Australia, current and former employees were invited to attend.
