Author:  Australian Institute of Health and Welfare

This report outlines the results of an investigation into the support needs of clients receiving assistance through the Supported Accommodation Assistance Program (SAAP). The information collected identifies the major areas of need of clients, measures the level of support required for those needs and collects information on whether these needs can be met directly by agencies, whether the client will be referred to another service and describes barriers that might exist for these clients in accessing other services.
