People who are assisted by SAAP services and require a high level and complexity of service provision: An enhanced assessment and measurement framework

The framework and collection tools developed and piloted by Thomson Goodall Associates for this report provides an excellent foundation for progressing measurement of clients with high and complex needs in SAAP.

The overall aims of the Project were to develop a method to (statistically) measure and report on levels, types and complexity of need in SAAP; and to develop an enhanced, consistent approach to assessment of high and complex needs, and required service responses, for people requiring assistance from SAAP services.
