The Richmond Fellowship of WA (RFWA) was established in September 1975 and provides a range of services for people with mental illness including Residential Rehabilitation, Supported Independent Living, Dual Diagnosis Residential Rehabilitation, Voices Groups and Education and Training in Recovery.

RFWA programs integrate the key elements of recovery with accommodation, counselling and support services such as recreational activities and guidance on practical life skills. This gives participants the confidence and skills to assist with their recovery from mental illness and meet the daily challenges of life outside of an institution. The organisation is also advancing its programs to include assisting consumers to re-enter the workforce and provides training and consulting for the community and corporate sector.

RFWA has a multi-disciplinary staff group with a combination of TAFE Certificate IV Mental Health and tertiary qualifications from social services, nursing and occupational therapy backgrounds. The primary professional groups are psychology and social work.
