Reconnect for young people

If you, or one of your friends, are having problems at home or school, and are worried about getting kicked out of home, you can contact your local Reconnect service for more information.

Reconnect can help you improve your relationship with your family and stay at school. They can offer you mediation, counselling, group work and referrals to other services. They can also give you and your family practical support.
