Strengthening Immunisation for Children

Strengthening Immunisation for Children

The Australian Government is improving the childhood immunisation arrangements with the aim of strengthening the immunisation of Australian children over time.

From 1 July 2012, families need to have their children immunised during the financial year that each child turns one, two and five years to receive up to the $726 Family Tax Benefit Part A end-of-financial year supplement for that child.
