Annual Reports

The Annual Reports provide strategic information about the department such as:

  • an overview of the achievements and  policy directions
  • the achievements and challenges faced by the department with different programs and initiatives
  • the structure of the portfolio
  • the organisational structure

Details about performance reporting, management and accountability, appendixes and the financial statements are also included in the reports.

Following the issuing of the Administrative Arrangements Order on 18 September 2013 the Department of Families, Housing, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs ceased to exist with these responsibilities now delivered by the Department of Social Services, with Indigenous Affairs and Office for Women a part of the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet.
